cool, thanks! We tried to compile a list of all the books before but didn't get them all. Any theories as to the relevance/meaning of any or all of the books?

Good list!
AR: there are a ton of coincidences in each of those books. Some speculate they're all red herrings, where others try to predict the outcome of the show because of them. I'll try to run through a few for you and demonstrate that they're just cute references.
THE HOLY BIBLE
No need to go into detail here.
AN OCCURRENCE AT OWL CREEK BRIDGE Set during the American Civil War, "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge" is the story of Peyton Farquhar, a Confederate sympathizer condemned to die by hanging upon the Owl Creek Bridge of the title. The main character finds himself already bound at the bridge's edge at the beginning of the story. We later learn that a disguised Union scout enlisted him to attempt to demolish the bridge, and subsequently he was caught in the act.
Did Ben go to the hatch and subsequently get caught because he was going to destroy it?
ARE YOU THERE GOD? IT'S ME, MARGARET The main conflict in the novel comes from Margaret's need to reconcile her mixed religious heritage. Aside from that, she is also dealing with her issues of belief in God...
I think every character in the show displays a similar struggle at least once.
A WRINKLE IN TIME The main character is fourteen-year-old Meg Murry, who is regarded by her peers and teachers as a bad-tempered underachiever. Her family recognizes her problem as a lack of emotional maturity but also regards her as being capable of great things.
THE BROTHERS KARAMAZOV The book is written on two levels: on the surface it is the story of a parricide in which all of a murdered man's sons share varying degrees of complicity but, on a deeper level, it is a spiritual drama of the moral struggles between faith, doubt, reason, and free will.
Self-explanatory.
CARRIE The book uses fictional documents, such as book excerpts, news reports, and hearing transcripts, to frame the story of Carietta "Carrie" White, a teenaged girl from Chamberlain, Maine. Carrie's mother, Margaret, a fanatical Christian fundamentalist, has a vindictive and unstable personality, and over the years has ruled Carrie with a proverbial rod of iron. Margaret's mentally and emotionally abusive behavior has occasionally crossed over into physical abuse as well.
Everyone has "daddy issues".
LANCELOT In the modern world, interpretations of Lancelot have varied with him most stereotypically being portrayed in novels and film as a near-perfect warrior, skilled, handsome, and charismatic.
Cute little tie-in with Sawyer.
THE TURN OF THE SCREW ...she becomes convinced that the pair are somehow using the children to continue their relationship from beyond the grave. The governess takes action against the perceived threat, with tragic consequences.
Maybe a similarity to everyone seeing the deceased in some manner throughout the series. Eko could be akin to the Governess.
WATERSHIP DOWN In the Sandleford warren, Fiver, a young runt rabbit who is a seer, receives a frightening vision of his warren's imminent destruction. When he and his loving brother, Hazel, fail to convince their chief of the need to evacuate, they set out on their own with a small band of others who heeded the warning, and barely manage to elude the Warren's military caste. What follows is a perilous journey in which the band faces dangers of all varieties from all directions. While they eventually find a peaceful new home at Watership Down, they have new problems that will lead to a deadly conflict with the neighbouring warren called Efrafa, a police state led by the despotic General Woundwort.
Self-explanatory.
------------
GREEN LANTERN COMIC
One of the scenes we were privy to contained a polar bear; the Losties later found and killed one of the mean viscious beasties.
SUPER WORD SEEK PUZZLES
Various clues/answers in these puzzles contains names of authors and scientists that were somehow referenced in the series.

This one is obviously not accurate based on the events in Ep14, whereas:
Spoiler:
...Ben explains the true reason he is going to the hatch is to enlist Jack's help.
Therefore, this story could coincide with any number of events where the Losties have attempted to find the Others and wreak havoc, getting caught each time.
