Well basically Jacks dad went to Sydney with Ana Lucia as his body guard, in an attempt of seeing his daughter.
His daughters mum answers the door, who has a bit of a resemblance to Claire, so this gets everyone questioning if she was Jacks sister.
I think thats it?

That's pretty much it, except that Claire' boyfriend also said something to her about havign "Daddy issues" because her father wasn't around when she was growing up.
So either way, Jack definitely does have an Australian half-sister, so even if it isnt' Claire, I bet she's connected to her!
