Finally managed to bloody watch it!
Who's the lady with Ben?
Cracked up when Hurley chucked that microwaved-whatever-that-was at Ben!
And poor Neil. So obvious he was gonna end up a dead'n. A) Because he suddenly got more lines and B) because he moved himself nicely into a must-place-myself-here-so-I-can-die position. Didn't expect the flaming arrow though!
Other than that I can't really remember what happened. I finished watching it like two minutes ago.

Didn't expect the flaming arrow either, that was cool! The way Neil was going on he so reminded me of Nigel!
Don't know who the woman Ben was talking to in the butcher's shop was, but the other one in the room with the candles is the one who appeared in Desmond's first time travel, she was the jeweller who wouldn't let him propose to Penny as that wasn't what had happened. Was really interesting to see her, especially as she seemed to be telling Ben what to do.
Again, thankfully, not that much Jack - not as much as I was scared there was gonna be anyway. And even when he was onscreen, when Ben was there too it was clear who was pulling the strings. When Hurley's Dad showed up with Sayid it was like he was desperate to have someone to order around..
Also, looks like Jack to the rescue isn't the only option after all, since Desmond and Daniel are working something out too.
I thought Kate might improve now she hates Jack but she hasn't really, she's still a bit whiny. Maybe there's no hope for her. Sun did okay I thought, especially in the scene with Kate. Reminding her that if she hadn't bloody listened to Jack, Jin might still be alive.
Loved the scene with Hurley and Ana Lucia!
I really like the time travel stuff! I think it's all about constants, the Others must have them, but the plane crash people, for whatever reason including Juliet now, don't...Richard clearly knows all about it too, since he was explaining it to Locke. I think it does sort of explain him not ageing, and it might explain "older, taller, Walt" at the end of Season 3 as well...though he wasn't on the island as far as we know. Plenty of questions still, but I love time travel stuff!
