From Auselio at Entertainment weekly:
Michelle Rodriguez (Ana Lucia Cortez) will appear in the second episode of Season 5 of Lost. It is rumoured to be a Hurley-centric episode so perhaps she will appear as a ghost in a similar fashion to Charlie's appearance in Season 4.

My sis really hated her as well, cheered when she was shot!  I didn't mind her too much but can't see a huge point in bringing her back as a hallucination or whatever really. With Charlie it made sense as he and Hurley were really close.
