That's interesting! Watching it again i think you're right, and it woudl make sense as Desmond went on the chopper and Daniel stayed on the island - why didn't he recognise him if that's the case though?

I'm looking forward to it too. Be interesting to get flashbacks again as we've had quite a few flashforwards this season apart from the freighter people.

i love flashbacks as thats what lost is really bout the backstory of the
character looks like desmonds eps will be brilliant and yes it be weird if they met
before.

No, quite a few characters haven't been their best recently, I think adding the new characters may be partly responsible as the writers wanted to bring them into it but they should go take a look at their character bios.....considering the last few eps of the previous season, Sawyer hasn't been like I expected after finally killing original Sawyer, Desmond doesn't seem to have reacted as much as I'd have thought to seeing Charlie die in front of him telling him it's not Penny's boat.....Kate's gotten kind of dull

Yeah I thought similar with Claire in the new episode, she seemed really really sheerful considering Charlie died.

Yeah wasn't she? Seemed to have forgotten all about him.....you'd think especially with setting up house and stuff she'd have at least referred to him!

Yeah I think characters seem to be changing to fit round other people at times this season with parts that would probably suit an extra even, there's not much personality used in those parts. Theres not as many side stories in an episode anymore involving different characters it usually just resolves round the character whos ep it is or Jack.

Yeah I know what you mean about they'd be better using an extra Xarca. There's been a lot of focus on some characters, but they seem to have forgotten so much of the character development they spent the first three seasons working so hard on.

even thou desmond hasnt done much this season so far
i got to say this season so far belongs to locke and ben as
there scenes are fab,i loved that bit in last eps when ben says to locke that
he's more lost then ever and then he smashes the tray on the wall.
great stuff.

If it's a Desmond ep like 'Flashes before your eyes' then he wouldn't really have met Daniel maybe?! Just like how Charlie didn't recognise Desmond kinda thing.
