There's No Place Like Home Part 1 - Episode discussionSo you've seen the episode - what did you think of it? There's a two week wait now till the finale....
I've only just seen up to the "Lost" moment at the start where Daniel says they have to get off the island. The homecoming of the Oceanic 6 was interesting - Jack still ordering everyone around, which seemed like pretty bad form considering he promised to get Everyone off the island, didn't he? Doesn't look like he managed it very well!  Sayid did not look at all happy - Hurley's face when he went to hug his mum was great though! Can't wait to watch the rest of it!

I wasn't really too sure what to make of it. It was ok. Nothing really stood out for me though. What happened to Ben at the end cos I looked away? Too many guns in Lost now!

ok so bein as i am a little bit slow on the uptake im finding myself a tad confused here. that wasnt the end end full finale episode of season four was it?! or it beta not hav been anyway.so like wheres the rest of it? cause ther doesnt seem to be a link for a part 2 part.or am i jus being a complete numpty? i did enjoy that ep by the way.thought it was pretty darn good.jack was as anoyin an dictatory as ever but everyone else was pretty good.especially sawyer if i may say so and i no i say that for every episode hes in and my judgemnt is slightly biased on acount of his hotness an all but he really was wasnt he. hes jus become such a sweetheart n a hero ironically really but unlike jack he can pull that status off in a cool kinda way, uno the sawyer character is stil ther he's stil got a little bit of that bite n attitude in him but his softer side is comin thru as well with it alot more now.anyway enough of the sawyer analysis basicaly u all no the mans jus perfect in my eyes.

So the rest of the finale is being shown in 2 weeks? so a double ep then to complete the 3 parts?
i thought it was ok .. so i think it got worse as it went along.
its making us think that Jin is gonna get blown up - but i hope he stays alive

Yep, the next one is a two-hour two parter. I think.

Yeah, part 2&3 in a double episode in 2 weeks time...
I liked it! Lots of surprises there...The whole "move the island" thing seems pretty cool....and the Oceanic 6 are pretty split up regards location now so it'll be interesting to see how they come together and what happens to the rest of them.
Jack was annoying/patronising - again, real heroes don't feel the need to tell everyone they're heroes! Great scene with Claire's mum though and the look on his face when he turned and saw Aaron in Kate's arms was priceless!  Didn't look so smug all of a sudden!
I loved Sun's flashforward!  Nice development for her.
Hope they don't kill Jin off - or Desmond. The look Jin had on his face when he saw Michael....Loved Hurley's scene with the numbers, though we know he does end up driving the car...
I think it's building toward a good season climax!

I just thought it was kinda weak. A filler ep.

He walked down to where the guys were, held his hands up and said "I'm Benjamin Linus, I believe you're looking for me," and Kemi pointed the gun at his head but then knocked him out with the back of it instead.
I don't mind the guns! Don't get me wrong, I'd be terrified of them in real life but I watch shows like 24 where there's a lot more violence than Lost, I think I'm pretty desensitised to TV violence!

Oh right! I knew he couldn't have shot him, but I couldn't stop myself looking away! It's a proper phobia, I can't help it!! I don't mind violence on TV, it's just guns I hate, especially when it looks like they're actually going to be used.

Yeah, if it's a phobia there's nothing you can do about it, I scream at spiders on TV even though i know they aren't real!

I watched Arachnophobia when I was at an impressionable age and soon after we got our first colour tv (makes me sound like I was born in the 40's ). Freaked me out!
