It was kinda... meh. It was ok. I still love Miles. And Ben was ace too, especially at the end, though his voice is so distinctive it was kinda obvious that it was him so kinda pointless camera shots there, but still!
Either the version I watched had been chopped, or bits were cut out of that ep?! I'm sure there were bits missing. It was 42 mins though.
Anyway, not got much to say about it really. I liked Sayid's hair.

i dnt get ending at all.
so sayid is a hitman working for ben but y and also what does he mean
that does he want his friends to be safe or not meaning the ones who
didnt get off the island.
and when is michael coming

I really really liked it! Though that may have been because there was so much shirtless Sayid in it....and less than shirtless on occasion!  Still drooling! His hair was good....generally he just looked bloody great, island scenes and flashforwards!
It was obvious it was Ben at the end, I think it's a nice twist though, I figured he was talking about the people left behind on the island? Judging by the money in different currencies and passports that Sayid found he's been off the island before too....wonder how he manages to get away?
Was about time someone mentioned to Kate about jail - the only reason I can think of that she's so desperate to get off the island is that she thinks she might be pregnant....next episode is Kate-centric though so we should find out then.
I think Michael is the man on the boat....though we'd have at least seen them landing on it! Episodes should be longer....I didn't think there were any parts missing on the one I watched....
Wonder what the story was with the extra half hour or whatever it was that it took the rocket to reach the island? And Daniel saying to Frank that he should stick to the exact bearing no matter what happened?
Kind of knew the Hurley thing was a trap, surprised Sayid got caught out by it in a way.
I thought it was a really good episode overall - Locke was good, Sayid great, Ben great.....just can't believe it's a whole week till the next one! Argh!

I think Kate does think she's pregnant, I can see the next episode being themed about that.
Really good episode, loved Sayid (The next James Bond) Locke, Hurley and Ben. The Sawyer, Kate scene also was also decent though it was way too short.
Miles wasn't as good as in the last episode and annoyed me a little but he still has the bigger potental over the other new characters despite the mystic stuff. Daniel was quite funny in the way that you just want to slap the back of his head when he's trying to say something and Frank seems a real sensible hea.
The ending was a huge shock and the flashforwards in general were unpredictable.

I've seen it a second time, really enjoyed it again!
Yeah the Kate/Sawyer scene was good and I think it must be that she thinks she's pregnant - looking back, that may have been what's been affecting her so much recently, making her desperate to get off the island, and has her feeling a bit helpless....
i can't see Sayid as James Bond somehow....
Daniel didn't annoy me as much as he did in the first one and that whole time-difference thing was weird...

Yeah that was a nice moment, you could see the guy got really really nervous when he mentioned he was one of the Oceanic 6....

I think he had a feeling that Sayid was there to kill him, if he was involved with Dharma that would make sense....
Was interesting the way Sayid said "if I ever trust him that's the day I sell my soul" - or something to that effect - and then at the end he was working for him....something big must have happened, whatever they were referring to.....

The way Sayid says "you used what they did to recruit me...." I wonder what it was, did they kill people on the island, or did they do something to Nadia? As you'd have thought Sayid would be with her...

Oh my god, oh my god oh my GOD.sorry to have to keep using the lords name in vain as i have been but thas the only words i can use to describe how im feeling after each episode, well either that or swearing but i dont wana do that on here.anyhow i really am gona keep my analayis BRIEF for now cos its late and i cant think of anything coherent that i cud say (not that thats stopped me before.) all i will say is im LOVING this new season,its ace.i dont a have a clue what the hells going on but thas all part of the beauty of this show really.oh and wasnt sawyer such a sweetheart in this ep? stupid kate.

I thought this was the weakest episode so far this season.
It was still great, but I was disappointed compared to the other 2 episodes.
Glad to know we may finally get a glimpse of the boat within an episode or 2.
Daniel is close to becomming one of my favourite characters... but nobody will be able to replace Charlie. All the freighter people are decent characters.. each of them seem interesting unlike last years pointless bunch.
Sayids flashforwards were good.. the whole love story was a bit hard to believe though considering they hardly knew eachother... guess it makes sense though seeing as they were both playing eachother.
Overall, good episode. Next weeks looks better though.

Well i have to say ive just partly watched the episode again, (i skipped throu bits of it cos i hav to say i was only really interested in seeing the sawyer/ kate scene again) and i still think its pretty dam good. i dont no whats the matter with some of u who seem to watching lost with ur ''negative viewing goggles on'' on r something, cos im quite impressed by this season so far, and im usually quite the pessimist ill hav u know.and u shud no this show well enough by now not to expect to get too many answers/useful information to help towards piecing together th overal general mystery of the whole thing from a single episode.this is LOST after all,they like to feed us very gradually with little tidbits over a frustratingly long period of time.anyway i dont wana get into a heated debate or start fights or anything about it and im not really one to talk in a way cos outlook on the show often depends largley on the amount of input sawyer has in a eppy so yeah but i do think these first few episodes have been quite decent enough to satisfy my enjoyment thus far of the shows return and i hav high hopes that the rest of the season will get evn better, thou inevitably i expect ther may be th occasional blip along th way.sorry rant over, hope ive not offened anyone with anything ive said.also jus wana point out that im lovin daniels character.i kinda liked him a bit straitaway really.i think hes quite hilarious in a dorkily anoying kind of way.

I wasn't hugely impressed with episode 2, but I thought this one was brilliant - and not just because of the Sayid scenes!
I didn't like Daniel in the first one, didn't mind him this time around, will have to see how he develops.
Yeah they're never going to give us all the answers at once, for every one we get there's three more mysteries, personally I love that!
Don't think you've said anything offensive - we're all entitled to our opinion!

I agree Daniel was a lot better in this one, he made me laugh at times :d
Ben was hilarious again! and I loved the ending! .. my first thought [before anyone spoke] was that it was Christian Shepard .. but then his voice kind of gave him away ...
Did anyone catch what Sayid said to Ben before he said "good" and the end, didn't catch it and I can't play it again on the tv!

interesting that Ben got off the island as well though - he obviously isn't taken by the freighters... I wonder who else got off that wasn't on the plane - I'm guessing not all the newcomers survive - Charlotte can die, she annoys me

I'm kind of indifferent to her at the moment.....don't like her but don't hate her as such....
yeah, i wonder what happened with Ben....there's just so many mysteries in Lost!

I liked this episode but i think if anything there's too much going on at once. It all seems a bit fragmented- the flashforwards, the new character development, the development of the regular characters now they're splitting off into groups, the Locke vs Jack stuff. It's probably just laying down foundations for the rest of the season but it's so much to happen in 40 mins! Maybe it's because it's a shorter season this time...
But the new characters are beginning to develop, which is cool. I'm still loving Miles and Daniel didn't irritate me so much as he did in the previous episodes.
The Sayid stuff was very mysterious, although I was distracted byhis 80s boufant hair! Cool that he's working for Ben too , as I was a bit worried that Ben would get killed off this season.

Yeah, really glad we know now that Ben won't die.....
A lot was going on in the episode, same as the one before, so much being set up for later - think I preferred this one as it focussed more on the characters we know than the freighters though.

i finally saw the episode, and i loved it! i was so glad that it was sayid centric rather than focussing on the freighter people (although i would like to know more about them)
and yay for ben not being killed off, he has easily got to be one of my favourite characters, he is so sinister, especially at the end, his "good" creeped me out heh heh.
Lost seems to be getting better and better in my opinion, i can't wait for the next episode.
