I don't know ... 
it was good..-ish .. but it could of been better. I just don't feel like we learnt a lot really which we should considering it's a finale.
All I learnt was that Jin is dead and that Locke ends up dying too

No I wasn't that impressed either really. Again, it was ok. Gutted about Jin!! And I said ages ago that it was Locke in the coffin. Can't remember if I said it on here or watchlost, will have to have a look! I also said Keamy's thingy was a dead man's switch. So feel kinda smug really!  Annoyed that Keamy died really, he was a good baddie! His and Sayid's fight was brill though. Love Miles, he should've been in it more. Des and Penny were sweet. Sun's reaction to Jin was brilliant. What happened to Dan?

I thought it was awful. Worst season ending so far. We hardly know anything more than we did at the end of the last series as even then there was a lot of speculation that it was Locke in the coffin. Ben was good which was about the only highlight for me. The ending was NOT a cliffhanger in any real sense of the word. It was nice to see Penny & Desmond reunited but surely they could have explained the whole Oceanic 6 thing quicker and showed us what the hell happens to those left on the island. Sawyer's jumping scene was good too I suppose. In general though I thought there were a few good individual scenes but overall I was unimpressed.

I wouldn't say awful exactly, but I wasn't that keen. I was talking to mates at work earlier about it and they all said it was good and I was kinda like... meh. I didn't like the Sawyer scene, thought it was a bit OTT. And yeah, no cliffhanger. In fact, I can't even remember what the last scene was!!

Locke in the coffin.
I think I thought it was awful because I had it in my head that it was going to be really good, and it just really disappointed me.

Yeah I was expecting it to be better than it was. I didn't really like the disappearing island scene.

I liked it because Jack didn't look so smug when it disappeared but it was pretty obvious that that was what was going to happen. Lost used to always be able to surprise me, this one didn't.

No. Disappointing really. Sun was the best in this ep I think, which makes a nice change I guess!

Yeah she wasn't bad. I liked her in the one before too, where she took over her Father's company. I just kept waiting for a big revelation but it never came.

Yeah I don't know what I was expecting really, something more than we got. I think the island 'moving' was meant to be the big thing but I just thought it was a bit crappy. I mean, I like all the mystical fantasy type stuff in Lost, but that was too much. Maybe I'm just hard to please!

yeah i thought actually moving the island was too much ... fair enough things like the smoke are unexplainable, but they still kinda fit in with reality, this was just completely out there though

I'm never usually that bothered by the wait or anything, it always seems to go quite quickly. I guess it'll be next year sometime now.

Just finished watching it!
I liked -
Sayid kicking Keamy's ass, that was cool . Still bummed that they killed Keamy off though, he's nice n evil!
The Sawyer thing. Mainly because it's the first time in the season I've really liked him again. I thought it was quite understated - and him wandering out of the sea half naked might have helped a little bit too , heh heh
Miles - I hope he's in the next season more, he's such a promising character.
All the Locke stuff, I still find him really interesting and I love it when there's a lot of mystical island stuff.
Ben's general creepyness, especially at the funeral home at the end. He looked more dead than Locke!
"Checkmate Mr Eko" - loved that.
I didn't like....
Des and Penny reunited -Very corny. And does that mean he's not going to be in it any more?!
Jin dying! Big boo hiss. Really pointless way to kill of a decent character. Sun's reaction was really sad too
The Moving island stuff - possibly a bridge too far for wierdness...
So I thought it was okay. No massive cliffhanger really. I hope in season 5 they concentrate more on the Island stuff rather than the Oceanic 6's efforts to get back to the island. No more Jack angst, pleeease!

I want to see more Island stuff too, hopefully we will! Someone was saying that there would be cos Miles stayed on island and he can hear the whispers?!

Ah, cool! There were loads of whispers in the finale, so maybe they'll go into that more next season.
Gonna be weird if they start up season 5 with the Oceanic 6 trying to get back... and if they do get back will it have been three years on the island?! Hurts my head...

What was the point in getting them off the island, and then putting them back on the island?! I don't think they should've got off the island at all. *sulks*

Yeah, that does suck a bit actually. Maybe they had a pyrotechnics budget to use up, hence the big escape and the boat exploding....

Maybe! I'm hoping Jin's not dead. He was towards the back of the ship... maybe he flew off into the sea and Daniel will pick him up!

That'd be good. It did seem like a really sucky death for a good character - Charlie's death at the end of S3 was tragic, but it was a good exit... Jin's was just lame

Yeah, Sun's screaming for him was tragic though. I'm not gonna believe he's dead til we see a body!!

They didn't mention him being written out though, and there's been no interviews with Daniel Dae Kim yet saying 'well, I thought Jin's death sucked', which I'd kind of expect after that... so maybe he is alive?!

Oh yeah that's a point. They usually do an interview if they're dead! I don't think he is.

Yeah that'd be good. Though if the island's 'moved' he won't be able to find it again anyway. Unless it's just moved in time and not actual space... that doesn't even make sense. I hate the moving island thing!!

Oh yeah... darnit!!! The moving island thing does suck a bit... I could just about get my head around them transporting a bunny through space, but a whole island?! Daft...

Yeah. Isn't an island connected to the actual earth though?! Or are they just floating in the sea?! I have no idea!!

They're connected to earth - usually by a load of rock or something - so it would have to have broken off at some point! And when it lands, what's to stop it floating off merrily now it's been moved?!

Yeah, they did say that there would be a scientific basis for everything....moving an island does seem a bit beyond explanation and I've read a good bit of sci fi....
Be good if Jin wasn't dead, you're right, there's been no interview, so maybe he is alive.
I really hope S5 just leaves the Oceanic 6 alone as we have a good idea of what they get up to back in the real world already and focusses on the ones left on the island during the 3 years. If it skips those 3 years it's just going to become the Jack show.

I thought time off the island moves fast than time on the island though? so it won't be a whole 3 years on the island will it?

Does it though? When Dan did the experiment with the rocket it seemed the island was a little behind the rest of the world, but when the doctor washed up on shore it seemed it was ahead....the time difference thing doesn't really make sense somehow....

I'd like to know how it happened that Locke went from being leader of the Others to leaving the island and saying bad things happened and then ending up dead....that's the gap I want filled in!
