Ok, just seen it. Was ok, interesting monster stuff. Kind half-interesting Kate stuff. Sawyer's 'nice' face just makes me laugh! Loved all the beach stuff, Hurley's brilliant! Reckon Charlie's pretty much doomed though.

Loved the beach stuff but everytime Jack was brought up in conversation got me ticked off. He's not even worth all the conversation and attention around him, he selfishly tried to leave everyone behind for him to get home yet Kate is the one saying sorry to him?
Please kill Jack off instead of Charlie! I'd rather have Charlie the main character then Jack.

Really?! ^ At the mo, what with the way the writers are destroying Charlie's character, I think I'd rather have both him and Jack dead.

Yeah true but I can cope with Charlie because nothing seems to be about him anymore.
Everything is about Jack though.

That's why I think they should kill them both off. Because what's the point of Charlie even being in it?! And just because Jack's annoying!

hey all.i thought the episode was pretty good.ok so it was no jaw-dropper/ oh my god type episode but it was a damm sight better than last weeks awful Expose one. kates flashbacks wernt that awesome but it was interestin to c that she nu cassidy.i thought the bit wen locke said goodbye to kate was a bit odd.what gives him the right to judge her wen he's killed someone as well didnt he.i loved the sawyer and hurley interactions in this episode.there such a greay comedy double act.like french n saunders almost.its really sweet how hurley tries to bring out the good in sawyer as well, which usually onli happens when kates around.cant wait to see kate n sawyer bein reunited

Decent episode, no major surprises or revelations but they can't all be like that, the flashback was okay, though I found the episode was as much Sawyer-centric as Kate centric to be honest, not that that's a bad thing.
Jack was annoying as always, patronising git, monster scenes were okay, most interesting thing Juliet said though was when she finally admitted she knew about it, she said "we know it doesn't' like our fences" - as in fences, plural, so maybe they've got to another barracks area that's protected by a sonic fence. I'm sure she knows more than she's telling so far anyway. Locke was interesting, suppose after they pulled his father out of the hat he'd be willing to do whatever they want really, it'll have confirmed his belief in the power of the island.
The beach stuff was funny, pretty lighthearted, but there's always got to be that side to lost as well, there has been from the start. Hurley's always funny, and it was hilarious watching Sawyer talking to Claire. And then to be told he's temporary leader - hope his first act is to kick Jack's ass when he gets back!

Sorta yawny I thought. I think it's because I just don't care who ends up with Jack, in fact i'm liking Kate less all the time because of her teary-eyed "i wanna come back n saaaaave you Jack!" lameness. I thought that the writers couldn't make their minds up whether to make Kate all feisty (the Juliet fight stuff) or lovestruck (All the Jack stuff) so it never really worked as a whole.
I liked the Sawyer stuff, him trying to be friendly was brilliant - "he's looking less wrinkly that he used to" Excellent. But I cringed a little at the barbecue scene, a little too sentimental for my liking.

Not the best episode... i didn't like it much.
Flashbacks were good, so was Sawyer - Loved the Sawyer bits.
Did not like the bits with the Others, and Kate and so on... Hated them. And where the hell is Rouseau?
I hope the next ep is way better...

Indeed. It reminded me of ages ago (it seems) when it was Sawyer's voice reading from a magazine that was the only thing that kept little Aaron calm.
Good thing, too, since he's gonna have a little puppy of his own when he gets back home.

The monster stuff was very cool, though as usual we're left with few answers.. i found myself thinking at the end of the ep that maybe Jack and Juliet are still with the others.. and were left behind to do something special.. don't know why i thought that lol, just did =]

Interesting thought, and you never know, particularly with Juliet, as in a way she's got nothing left to lose now that she can't go home, who knows what that'll do to her character?

i dont think so, i really believe that the others have abandoned her so she has lost all control that she once knew. the tables have well and truly turned on her!
