Lost Creators Rave About FoxTaken from Yahoo News.
Lost creators Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof have given the show's star Matthew Fox the greatest references as he gets set to wrap up the desert island drama - they're convinced he'll be an Oscar nominee within four years.
Both feel sure the Vantage Point star will turn his back on TV and concentrate on making challenging movies.
Cuse says, "He has that cocktail of dangerous and charming. He has a leading man's good looks, and heroic qualities as an actor."
And Lindelof tells Details magazine, "He has the potential to be a leading man, but I think he's interested in those quirky transformative roles.
"Three, four years from now I can see him getting a Supporting Actor nomination... He wants acting to be hard, to be torture. He does not want to ski the bunny slope."

Gaaaaaagh! An Oscar?! Seriously, have they not heard his voice?! He sounds like Gonzo off the muppet show!
I think whatever he's in in future he'll still be typecast as whiny-ass, blubbery Jack.

Yep. To me, this does not bode well for less Jack in the new series. 
I don't think he's leading man material at all!! And his eyes are too close together.

No, it doesn't make me think that he'll be taking a back seat in the new season sigh....
To me he's just bland...maybe it's Jack's character but i just think he's.....blah. Nothing exceptional about him at all.

No I don't think so either! He even bugs me in those stupid adverts! Why are those two so obsessed with him?

Very strange, I don't get it at all! He's sort of Ben Affleck-like. Kind of looks good in a catalogue way, but no charisma at all, dull....

Yeah, either he's a super good actor that he manages to play whiney-ass Jack so well, or that's just who he is....saw him in a film last year, it wasn't a huge part so he didn't annoy me, but I didn't think he was particularly good either, just kind of stood around the place really looking grim!
If he's so good, maybe they could write him out of the show to let him get on with his film career?

hmmmm i see a pig flying outside my window.
Although if there was an oscar for most annoying character, most crying scenes for a man then he would probably win it...
