Locke - why do you think he was in that wheelchair?just one of the many questions that i really really really want the answer to in lost i think that it has got something to do with those men who were at his fathers funeral and later came to visit him at his house. i am interested to see what you guys and gals think whether its the same or different....discuss away!!!!!!!

I bet why Locke is in a wheelchair is connected to someone else, but who could be anyone - perhaps Sun's bit on the side as we know he spent time in America? Maybe that car, in which case it could be connected to the Others in some way? Haven't seen the ep promo yet but am realy looking forward to it.

Well the theory that Locke would be paralysed again now the hatch is gone has been thwarted now we've seen the trailer, so it can't have been the hatch keeping him walking

TBH i never was really a subscriber to that theory, that it was soem kind of metal plate in his legs or whatever and the magnet made him able to walk again, especially since Rose had her cancer cured as well, I do think that there is some kind of mystical power to the island that goes well beyond Dharma or the Others or Hanso Foundation or anything, soemhting that goes back a long way
