I was just about to delete this until I realised we havent even started this thread yet! 
Well mine was Boone. . . until he died  and Charlie of course, but he's still my favourite character.
The Marshall brought alot to the show too, until he was killed off too! Atleast they still explain his story through Kates flashbacks though.

I think they killed off Arzt too quickly but he wasn't my favourite character. I'd say my favourite would be Sayid quickly followed by John Locke.
Though he was pretty hot. That Arzt guy.
