Well, he kind of is now as pretty much everyone deserted Jack, you can't be a leader if there's no one to lead!

Rose& Barnard did too didn't they? I thought Rose said she wasn't going anywhere with Locke....And I thought Sayid and Jin and Sun (rumours suggest they're the other 3 that make it off the island to make up the Oceanic 6) , though we didn't see them....
Maybe Kate will stop letting jack boss her around....something happens between them to get them to the point where they are in Jack's flashforward where she's pretty much cut him out of her life, maybe when he's no one to play leader to she starts to see though him? |

I wish, cant see it though.
I just don't understand while Kate's so eager to get off he Island when she knows she'll probably get locked up for life. Guess I'm missing the old "Kate on the Run" from previous seasons. |

Yeah, that question really bugs me too. It's like in S3 the writers got bored with her and decided to try to make Juliet the strong female character, because Kate was always really tough before.... |

Can't disagree with you there it really bugs me too. Its the whole triangle thing thats dragging her down really, I mean you sometimes get a good scene between her and Sawyer but I think she's too good a character to be dragged down by either of those two. Get rid of Jack, make her friends with Sawyer and that would be perfect. |

There's still the question of whether or not she's pregnant as well to be considered....that might make her more feisty again if she is, mother do anything to protect their child kind of thing. |

Well I figured that's what they meant by "It's not too late to get lost", I think they'd be totally lost when it came to the plot though, but I suppose if they just randomly watched the last episode they might think it was good enough to start watching the older episodes. |

It looks so good! Especially the Locke stuff and the Sawyer/Ben stuff.
So, the guys who parachuted in - the bloke is dressed like he's just left an indie boyband and the woman's clearly a zombie. Are these the "sexy new cast members" ?!!! |

I'd have thought so! They weren't exactly the sinister force that I'd been expecting! More like amateurs who weren't exactly sure what they were doing...and who parachutes out of a plane wearing a shirt and tie?! Surely there must be safety regulations, even for evil corporations.... |

Maybe he wants to know what Kate will say, if he thinks she's lying...I had a feeling when watching it that Naomi's last words in the first ep "Tell my sister I love her" might have been a code or something, mabe meant more than they seemed, so maybe he's trying to catch Kate out? |

Yeah that is possible, I feel theres possibly been a bit of history between him and Naomi too.
But Kate didn't kill her anyway so if thats the case watch out John Locke. |

Nah Locke can't die, since Sawyer doesn't really get in Jack's face anymore Locke's possibly my favourite male character. |

Sawyer and Sayid are still my favourites, I've always liked Locke as well though. I can't see him getting killed off, what with his relationship with "the island" and all.

I'm liking Sayid more than Sawyer at the moment but both need more screen time as they really should be stronger characters than they actually are right now. |
