Ep 8 - LaFleurOk, I am starting to hate how they let us hear a character speak without seeing them. It's so damn obvious who it is!!! As soon as 'LaFleur' spoke it was obvious it was Sawyer. Why do they keep doing that?! Do they think the viewers are that bloody stupid?! It's not a shock, it's frigging obvious who it's going to be especially when it's someone with as distinctive a voice as Sawyer! Gah! Drives me nuts. It'd be more of a shock if they had the guys knock on the door, then it went straight to a shot of Sawyer opening it, that would have more of an impact than letting us hear his voice! I can't even go into how much I hate that!!
If the whole Kate/Sawyer stuff gets dragged up again it'll be crap, I mean Kate and Sawyer never really had that much of a thing anyway did they?! Plus I can't stand Kate... and she's totally built like a man. I quite like Sawyer and Juliet together. I could just watch the adventures of Sawyer in Othersville now actually, forget Jack and all that other crap. As much as I love Hurley I was actually gutted at the end when they all showed up again.

The trickery is annoying - they really rubbed it in too, the men must have said "LaFleur" about ten times rather than "him"....apart from that I thought it was pretty good. Sawyer was back to being Sawyer, maybe because the Kate stuff wasn't part of it. I like Juliet too now, without Jack - hope it doesn't spoil it. Glad they were barely in it anyway. Sawyer's conversation with Richard was great, and I loved the story he spun for Horace!
Great scene with the statue, though we still don't really know aything else about it - they could have used the ep to tell us more about Dharma and stuff. Why didn't the pregnant woman die, for instance?
No idea why Jack & them flasshed back to that time when Locke & Ben stayed in the present....
2 weeks to wait for the new episode now.

Yeah but they're just setting it up for Sawyer to be into Kate again I reckon, which'll suck.

Yeah when he said that I was like 'thank God!' but then when he saw her at the end he looked waaaaay too pleased for my liking.

Yeah, I was yelling at the screen at that too....Juliet's way better though. Let Jack and Kate go off on their own somewhere...anywhere, now they're back on the island, they don't need to be in it! Pity as she used to be one of my favourite characters. Still, at least Juliet got stronger - though now jack's back she might wilt again too

Yeah this is why I'd rather just watch Sawyer and co in Othersville now! Bring Sayid and Hurley and Sun back, the rest of them can bugger off!

What I don't get though... Is Locke and Ben and the new crash lot on a different timeline?! And if they are and Frank is too... was it Sun who took the boat with him?! Don't get it. Also, where are Rose and Bernard?! And Vincent!

Oh yeah, for got about Frank and the woman we presumed was Sun...I thought they were in the present/future but if it's Sun then it can't be...but the Hydra looked abandoned....Hmm.
