Somebody at work told me about this so I thought I'd look for the article.

UK magazine ‘Look’ is reporting that the gorgeous Evangeline Lilly and hobbit looking Dominic Monaghan have split. The Lost stars reportedly called it a day after a string of blazing rows following Dominic finding out that his character on the show was to be killed off. A source close to the pair revealed that “being together all the time [on the show] took it’s toll”.
