Charlie Isn't Meant To DieCharlie isn't meant to die, this is what I think. Perhaps the flashes that Desmond sees, are another test of his own faith, brought on by the island. If Charlie was meant to die, Jack wouldn't have saved him. Remember, everything happens for a reason.

Jack saved him - do you mean when he cut him down from the tree? i think that's too far back, Eko could have died when the hatch exploded or when the polar bear had him but he didn't, his time came and that was when it happened.
You could be right about the flashes being more about Desmond than about Charlie or whoever he sees though, afterall, he didn't know Eko was going to die, just Charlie.

Charlie isnt suppose to dieI dont know why but I think EVERYONE is suppose to die. The Island gives but it also takes. Cause naturally a plane or ship just AINT going to sail by saying "we were passing by thought we`d drop in". So either they all die or they get that submarine in the end

Im sure i read on an ABC affiliate site that the actor might be leaving, so maybe he will die, never can tell with all the rumors flying about lost lol.
