Best British Comedyvote for your favourite! (any i've left out that you think deserve to be in there let me know and me or a mod will edit them in, mods if you think of any i missed feel free to put them in yourself)
(I've left out sketch shows, will do another thread for them, same goes for topical shows)
personally i think that only fools and horses is a classic, marvellous show and i still miss it and watch the repeats when they are on

i agree with you april_rose only fools and horses is a great british classic it makes me laugh every single time that i watch it

I love Fawlty Towers, i think the fact that there were only 2 series ads to the fact that it's so good, cause it never got jaded.
and it stands up to repeated viewing, so much that i probably know alot of lines off by heart.

yeah, I know a lot of it off by heart too, and for the most part that doesn't take away from it, I do think that in only fools the characters got more of a chance to develp though

my family is amazingly funny, i've watched loads from my uncle's dvd collection. and it's just the best.

i have three favourites from that list - my family, only fools and horses and fawlty towers but i have to say the best has got to be only fools and horses

Recently I've been starting to watch the peek show and its hilarious.
From those though has to be Only fools and horses, mainly for Del Boy and Trigger.

Yeah, I loved the way Trigger always called Rodney Dave - bit like Axel in the RPG actually!
