For me I think it's:
Best Episode: Probably The Shape of Things to come - I liked the Ben/Sayid stuff in the flashforward, and plenty of action on the island as well.

Best Flashback: There weren't many to choose from but it was amazing seeing (an ageless) Richard pop up in Locke's childhood.

Best Flashforward: Sayid working for Ben or Sun buying her father's company, both were impressive.

Best Revelation: Hard to come up with one Confused

We didn't learn anything much about the smoke monster, there's been no mention of the four-toed statue. Maybe that there's some kind of connection between Widmore & Ben. That's all I can think of right now.

Best single scene: I really liked Sawyer jumping off the chopper (he just got on with it, rather than prancing around telling everyone how great he was!), and the flashforward scene where Ben confronts Widmore.

Best Episode - Confirmed dead - lots more island stuff than Jack/Kate am-dram. Miles seeing dead people was excellent.

Best Flashback - I agree with AR, not much to choose from but Richard popping up made me gawp for quite a while!

Best Flashforward - bootyshake

to all the flashforwards. Whoever thought that they would be a good idea deserves to be chased by angry bees.

Best single scene - Hurley and Charlie's chat. The only decent thing about the flashforwards. And Sawyer jumping off the helicopter.

Best revelation - Have there been any?! I think this season's been lacking in the jaw-dropping revelations of previous seasons.

Best new villain - Keamy. Eeeeeevil! Terminator style scary. Its a shame he died.

Worst Decision - Flashforwards aside - leaving Jin on the boat to get blown up really sucked.

I can't really remember much of what happened! So this might not be true...

Best Episode? I liked Confirmed Dead too, but I think the Constant was the only ep of the whole season that I really, really liked.

Best Flashback? I'd say Miles's brief flashback was my fave. He can speak to dead people?! Eh?! Cooooool!

Best Flashforward? I hate them all. They're all pretty bad. Um... Hurley's probably, even though I can't remember it. Oh yeah, Charlie popped up, that was cool. Was that Hurley's flashforward?!

Best single scene? I really like all the Miles stuff. Um... Ok, I won't say Miles, I'll say Sun's reaction to Jin going boom was ace. Also I really liked the Keamy and Sayid scrap.

Best revelation? Pass. That Danielle is definitely dead? Though that was crap. I don't know.

Best new villain? Definitely Keamy. He proper scared me! Stupid decision to kill him off.

Worst decision? Moving the island. Flashforwards. Jack not dying. Keamy dying. Can I say that much?

I'm gonna add funniest scene too... Miles being sarky to Sayid made me laugh for days! Laughing
