Lost: Never Leave

Does anybody still believe that the survivors will leave the island?

I think they will have the chance to, but don't take it.

yes i do, it will be the proverbial "happy ending"

I think some of them will at the very end, but I'd say a lot of them will be killed off near the end, and even if they do leave it'll be very hard for them to go back to their normal lives after what they went through. And kate will still be a wanted woman, imagine having to endure all the trials of the island and then still be carted off to jail forever!

I would want the whole thing to end happily with them off of the Island.. but somehow i can't see it happening.

What with all the idea that there isn't a way off the Island... I think if they did get rescued it would ruin the whole mysterious Island thing...

I think they'll end up getting off the island, not by rescue, but maybe 'the others' would eventually let them go. One of them would probably end up staying behind as an unlikely hero though - probably Sawyer.
On a show like this, getting off the island is probably the only satisfying way they could end it.

maybe some will decide to stay - like the swiss family robinson! Razz

I don't think that the others will let them off.. Maybe Jack.. but no one else.

I like the idea of them staying on the Island.. cos they have all made friends and got used to it and whatnot so if they aren't let off the Island they'll live... Also. That would mean Lost could come back in years. Lol.
