Which soap is best?

I love Home and Away, I know it's trashy but I just love it, I've watched it almost from the beginning, sixteen years or so, hardly miss an episode, I need my fix of H&A regularly, I don't care that it's unrealistic, I think all soaps are and at least it isn't pretentious like some and acting like it is realistic. It's one of my guilty pleasures!

I used to watch Eastenders but recently I got really sick of it. Never been all that into corrie, never seen hollyoaks and can't stand emmerdale (though apparently it's where home and away actors who come to england end up!) I also watch neighbours from time to time but am not too bothered really- Home and Away is one of the few programmes I would record if I wasn't going to be at home to watch it, apart from lost, 24 and the Sopranos, so that's saying something!

I used to love soaps - but that was before I started watching LOST! After watching lost, I realised how crap they were (in my opinion). Now I cant watch barely anything unless it reaches pretty good standards - like Heroes Smile

i dont really watch soaps often, the only one i watch is hollyoaks, so thats got my vote! Very Happy

Don't watch soaps now, but a while ago I watched eastenders a bit so I'll have to say that.

im afraid 2 admit i watch them all except the oz ones. my fav would av 2 b eastenders but i also love hollyoaks even though hardly ne of them can act lol

i hate soap they r worthless.tv shows for me.

I used to watch eastenders all the time and would hate to miss it.but for the past few months its started to really suck with crap plots and loads of good characters leavin so i stopped botherin with it.ocasionaly i mite catch a glimspe an try an get back in2 it but i dont no whats goin on anymore and cant really bring myself to care. like april rose im guilty for bein a bit of a home an awayer evn tho it has some of th most ridulicous stories ever with constant disasters happen practicalry every week to kill a load of people off nd characters constantly swapping boyfriends and girlfriends but as april says thas kinda th hole appeal of it an what makes it fun to watch.i also love the australian accent which is another reason why i try an catch H&A or neighbors weneva i can.

would 'dream team' be considered a soap? i know it ended but i have only started watching it over the summer... i kinda like it!
