Anne of Green Gables

I used to love the Anne of Green Gables books when I was very young. There's now been a prequel written - details here

I don't remember that much about the stories, I was only six or seven when I read them. I think they were the kind of traditional, heartwarming sort of tales.

Never really sure how I feel about prequels when they're written 100 years later by a different author, no matter how much that person tries to make them authentic....
